Office Solution (40 minutes)
This massage is tailored to desk workers and anyone who spends a lot of time at a computer, and targets the upper body. It includes: massage of shoulders, arms, hands, and neck, joint mobilization and range of motion work on the shoulders and wrists, and stretch for pectorals, shoulders, and neck.
Catch Your Breath (40 minutes)
This massage is geared towards those who suffer from anxiety and elevated stress levels, and is focused on breath. It includes light massage of the back and intercostals, and neck, scalp, and face, as well as the often-overlooked diaphragm and abdomen.
Head to Toes (40 minutes)
